Overseas Department Manager: (Male)-1

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established global shipping organization in a dynamic environment reporting to Managing Director/Business Develop Manager, the position involves full responsibility for management of NVOCC and warehouse operations. 
Candidates must have experience and/or a good working knowledge of the key business areas that comprise Liner Agency, NVOCC, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing and Distribution.

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for overall performance of the NVOCC in terms of Volume Targets, Sales Performance, Documentation Quality & Risk Management, Customer Satisfaction, Operations Quality & Delivery, and Business Development.
  2. Final Responsibility for Overall performance metrics including Profitability, Turnover, and Cost Efficiencies.
  3. Responsible to Recruit, Develop & Train Personnel, to achieve Line presence and tactical market shares in Strategic Locations & Regions.
  4. Able to provide Board with timely Management Reports, Performance Metrics, and Market Intelligence.
  5. Can grow the business through Business Development, Sales Activities and Market Opportunities.
  6. Able to manage the overall Operations, Documentation, and any Claims arising from the Daily Operations of NVOCC Business.
  7. Establish strong relations with Vendors, to provide optimal contracts in Quality and Rates.
  8. Be Responsible for Product Integrity, Quality, and Resilience in a Changing Environment by continuous upgrade of Product, and timely reaction to Market factors.
  9. Improve Line Performance using Performance Metrics, Benchmarking and Market Intelligence Related to Ports, Customs, and Vendors.
  10. Manage Strategic Expenses (Leasing Companies, Port Operations, ICD’s etc.), through Negotiation, Alliances, and Innovative Solutions.
  11. Manage Daily Operational Costs using Systems, Processes and Prompt Decisions.
  12. Manage the Agency Network to Provide a Superior Quality Product.
  13. Manage Insurance & Claims Related to Line Receivables & Cargo Operations.

Note-We are looking for someone in mid-30’s to early 40’s; able to take guidance, ambitious, and energetic. Overseas experience in far east, and southeast Asia would be ideal grounding to handle our current volume of 350TEU exports per month. 


  1. Minimum 5 years freight forwarding experience with very good knowledge of the NVOCC and Sea freight Consolidation business
  2. Management experience in Logistics with strong Sales & Business Development capabilities
  3. Able to effectively manage and communicate with a diverse and multicultural team
  4. Commercial flair and ability to develop new business
  5. Strong leadership, management and motivational abilities
  6. Good communicator at all levels in English
  7. Experience in the Middle East / Africa region or a similar environment preferred
  8. Renowned university degree, Major in Logistics management will be prior;
  9. Must be honest, dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.

Sales Executive-Freight Forwarding:(Male)-2

Job Description:

  1. Prepare Sales and Marketing Plan
  2. Interacting new and Existing Customers
  3. Retaining and receiving inquiries
  4. Securing consignment
  5. Rate filing and updating with Shipping Lines.
  6. Agent’s setup and feedback.
  7. Job sheet creation
  8. Notify customer’s rates, services and update.
  9. Collect market status and stats.
  10. Follow-up CRM procedures.


  1. Renowned university /College degree , additional qualifications will be a plus;
  2. At least 5 years of ocean export & import experience;
  3. Work carefully, attention to details, strong sense of responsibility;
  4. Be good at communication with local & overseas.

Front Desk Officer (Female): -1

We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Officer to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

Job Description:

  1. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.) Greet and welcome guests.
  2. Answer questions and address complaints
  3. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  4. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  5. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  6. Check, sort and forward emails
  7. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  8. Keep updated records and files
  9. Monitor office expenses and costs
  10. Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)


  1. Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
  2. Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  3. Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  4. Proficient in English (oral and written)
  5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  6. Strong communication and people skills
  7. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
